INTRODUCTION
You don’t need a title to be a Leader.
During this programme, you will learn the specific challenges that leaders and managers face. You will look at specific ways you and your staff can grow consistently while adding new skills, how to get the best out of your team as their manager or leader, and how to beat common business or employee challenges.
While managers can successfully direct others within a team, leaders inspire them. This programme explores the difference between the two, and although these two skills are interconnected, leadership and management are not the same. Throughout this programme, we will teach you the necessary techniques to not only be a successful manager but also how to be a good leader. Leadership is an essential skill in the future workplace.

Before you learn how to lead and manage others, it is essential to lead and manage yourself. This leadership programme will help you understand what is essential to you, teach you to know and accept your strengths and weaknesses, take control of your emotions, and grow as an individual within a team. The programme further deals with the different leadership styles and brings in the necessary thinking skills required for the future workplace.
The programme further covers the development of a successful team and the role each player plays in developing such a team. Conflict management, how to resolve conflict constructively, and the different conflict management styles will be explained and how to apply each different style depending on the situation.
