INTRODUCTION

At its core, this workshop uses the principles of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, by Steven Covey, to steer delegates toward best practices and personal success to ensure a competent, calm, and creative environment.
These habits foster fairness, integrity, honesty, and human dignity and collectively propose a principle-based approach to resolving life’s complex issues, whether that be at work or home.
Today’s Office Managers / Office Administrators / Executive PAs / Executive Assistants / Secretaries are expected to consistently perform at a high level and are considered important members of the Executive Team. For that reason, they need to be confident, have excellent office management and time management skills, and be matchless communicators.
