INTRODUCTION
This interactive 3-day programme aims to help you understand the objectives of the modern PA / Office Administrator’s role in the forever-changing world of work we find ourselves in, and the skills that must be mastered daily. It is now about LEARN, RE-Learn and UN-Learn new appropriate skills to overcome new challenges in the workplace today.
In the challenging workplace environments today, administrative support staff hold highly important positions. They have taken on more and varied responsibilities as strategic leaders within the organisations and teams that they work for.
This programme further identifies and examines key components of the role and within each element, builds up a range of approaches and techniques to empower you with the necessary skills to stay ahead.
